Fisher 15 Inch Woofers Speakers Pair From ST-832 Picture(s) and Description:
Up for auction: a very functional pair of Fisher 15 inch woofers, originally in a pair of ST-832 cabinets. They work great. One woofer obviously has flaws--second picture shows discoloration (purely cosmetic and surface only), and third picture shows a small tear that was repaired from the back side with a very thin layer of flexible silicon. These are great for replacement/DIY/spare uses. STS speakers were rated at 8 Ohms, 100 watts. Tough cloth/fiber surrounds. 15 3/16 basket diameter; markings: SC80740-2; S38F04A; KEGZ and KEGY; Japan; DCR at 6.9/6.8. Low opening bid, no reserve. Horrible language below, I had to add due to some opportunist "bad people" who seem to have infiltrated Ebay. Sorry, no offense to my regular "nice people" who conduct themselves with honesty and courtesy. This is a used item, and is sold "as is". If you are looking for and collecting perfect specimens for a museum, you might want to check out other listings. Item is not "mint" or "perfect" unless that specific wording is used to describe the item. If you have applicable questions, please ask before bidding. Footnote on shipping: I usually use USPS. Sometimes mail delivery is slow, no matter what carrier I use and I have tried them all. This is a hobby for me, not a high-powered business; however, rest assured I use real packing materials to make sure your item arrives unscathed. Despite my best efforts, some "gorilla" workers have occasionally beat up an item I thought could be air dropped without damage. Shipping calculators seem to produce outrageous shipping estimates--I use flat rate. Based on my pretty detailed analysis, I come out pretty close, meaning you are not paying a bunch of funny money for shipping. Just in case anyone questions this, drop a 5, 10 or 15 pound box at your nearest shipping facility, destination MA from MT--shipping costs money, as does tape, bubble wrap, zip ties, "pop corn", air bags, etc. You get the same high quality shipping treatment from me if you buy an inexpensive item or rare, high value components.
